1/2 cup dried catnip
3/4 cup dried chamomile flowers

To make:

Calming Spirit Tea Blend

This very tasty tea is wonderful iced or hot. These herbs are traditionally used to calm the nerves, settle the stomach, and uplift. Other herbs can be added, as desired.

You will need:
1 cup dried rosemary leaves
1 cup dried lavender flowers
1 cup dried spearmint
1/2 cup dried chamomile
1/4 to 1/2 cup dried cloves
